Oh Mana Media is a boutique agency founded on the principle of providing transparent marketing services to savvy entrepreneurs in the health and wellness sector.

President Sarah Fargusson brings a wealth of experience to her company, with over 10 years experience in business development, growth strategy, and digital advertising.

Sarah’s passion for the fitness and wellness sector is evidenced in her body of work over the last 15 years.

Her professional experiences have included the marketing and promotion of fitness products and facilities with a focus on growth, digital media buying strategy, lead acquisition, creative design, & content management.  Sarah is also adept at crafting marketing operational plans and training staff on its implementation with an eye towards scaling for growth.

After rehabilitating from a motorcycle accident in 2010, it was apparent that Sarah needed a new challenge in the realm of fitness. She completed her rehab in January of 2011 and entered her first figure competition in October of 2011. With her knowledge, education, and experience she embarked on a 16 week training program. Eight weeks out, she joined IFBB Figure Pro, Ann Titone and her husband, Jack’s competition team to round out her preparation, finishing 3rd in her division.
